1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and enterprise applications of Renewalytics Services Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulatory frameworks.
2. Enterprise Software Licensing
Access to REFlux, OpsAgent, RealSync, OpsFlow, and related enterprise software services is governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription agreements between Renewalytics and the client entity.
3. Intellectual Property
All software architectures, forecasting algorithms, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Renewalytics Services Pvt. Ltd., unless explicitly transferred under written custom build contracts.
